Welcome to the
official website of the NBA Section on Public Interest and Development Law
(SPIDEL).
We aim to
promote the role and application of law
to economic development and growth of
Public Interest Law in Nigeria.
Currently, the section is made up of
eight members from all aspects of the
legal profession. Chief Joe-Kyari
Gadzama MFR, SAN is the present Chairman
of SPIDEL, while Victor Nwakasi Esq.
serves as the Secretary of the Section.
